How We Verify Caregivers
Trust starts with proof. Every caregiver and nurse on Care Panda goes through a multi-step screening process before they can accept bookings.
Government ID Verification
We confirm every caregiver's identity against valid government-issued IDs.
PRC License Verification
For nurses, we verify active PRC licenses directly through official records.
NBI Clearance Review
We require a current NBI clearance to screen for any criminal history.
Reference Checks
We speak with prior employers or clients to confirm experience and character.
Profile Screening
Each application is reviewed by our team for accuracy, completeness, and fit.
Ongoing Standards
Caregivers stay accountable through reviews, ratings, and our support team.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove caregivers who fail to meet our standards of professionalism, safety, or conduct.
